Return & Exchange Periods

  • Standard Items: 30 days
  • Defective Items: 90 days
  • Customized Items: Non-returnable

Customized items include products that have been personalized, monogrammed, specially designed, or made-to-order (e.g., team uniforms). These cannot be resold and are final sale.

Holiday Extension: Purchases made between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31, provided they meet standard return conditions.

High-Volume Purchase & Resale Restriction

Orders intended for resale or exceeding normal personal use may be classified as final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This ensures fair availability for all customers.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be in original, brand-new condition with no signs of wear, stains, odors, or customization.
  • Original tags and packaging intact.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged box placed inside a shipping box (no labels/tape on shoe box).
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).

Note: Size or fit issues are not store errors. Please review size charts before ordering.

Return Condition Verification

All returns are inspected. Items showing wear, washing, customization, or damage will not be refunded. Examples include used items, items with stains or odors, and products not purchased from Best Buy Soccer. Incorrect or fraudulent returns will be denied and may be returned at your expense or donated.

Packaging Guidelines

  • Secure items in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Protect shoe boxes inside an outer box.
  • Use a trackable shipping method (UPS or insured U.S. Mail).

How to Start a Return

  1. Log into Your Account: Use our Returns Portal or Order Lookup.
  2. Select Items: Choose items and reason for return.
  3. Receive Authorization: Approved returns receive an RMA number via email.
  4. Ship Your Return: Include RMA number and authorization form.

Damages & Defects

Inspect your order upon receipt and report issues within 3 business days. Contact us via Returns Portal or email: custserv@bestbuysoccer.com. Defective items may be returned within 30 days for exchange or refund. We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
  • Allow 5–10 business days for processing.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.
  • Partial returns refunded based on item value minus discounts.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns that are not due to defects or store error. This helps us maintain competitive pricing and cover processing costs.

Fraudulent Transactions: We cannot process refunds for transactions reported as fraudulent. Please contact us before disputing charges.

Exchanges

For faster service, return the original item and place a new order. Exchange shipping is free via Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

  • Clearance items (final sale; defects must be reported within 3 days)

Warranty Policy

With proof of purchase:

  • 0–30 days: 100% credit
  • 31–60 days: 50% credit
  • 61–90 days: 25% credit
  • Over 90 days: No credit

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, and improper care are not covered.

Chargeback & Issue Resolution Policy

If you experience any issue with your order, you must contact us at custserv@bestbuysoccer.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute. This helps us resolve your concern quickly and avoid unnecessary delays. Failure to do so may result in denial of your refund request. All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation, which serves as proof of delivery for dispute resolution.

Mandatory Claim Process: To resolve any issue, customers must submit claims through our official Returns Portal or by emailing custserv@bestbuysoccer.com before initiating any chargeback or dispute. Claims submitted outside these channels will not be considered valid for refunds or exchanges. This process ensures faster resolution and protects your purchase.

Fraud Prevention

Orders flagged by Shopify Payments for potential fraud may require additional verification or cancellation to protect both parties.

Processing Time

Allow 1–3 weeks for replacements or refunds after your return is received.
