- Orders that require split shipping from multiple locations may result in 1-2 days of additional processing time.

Processing Time: Our standard processing window is 3–4 weeks, although orders may take longer during busy seasons or peak registration periods.

Projected Inventory: We base inventory availability on forecasted demand (anticipated club enrollments and sign-ups). However, please note that we do not control the availability of specific brands. Any back orders that occur may be subject to unforeseen circumstances, including brand availability issues, which can result in additional delays.

We prioritize team orders based on the order’s earliness and specific club instructions, especially for teams scheduled to play in early tournaments.

Order Deadlines: To ensure timely delivery, please place your order before your organization’s stated deadline. Orders placed after the deadline are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so the sooner you submit your order, the more likely it is to arrive on time.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- We offer several shipping methods, including standard and expedited options, through carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
- Delivery times within the United States: 2–7 business days transit, plus 1–2 business days processing time, depending on the shipping method and destination.
- Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may be impacted by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package.
- The total shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.
- We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders or specific products. Please note:
- Free shipping promotions do not apply to team uniforms, oversized items, or international orders unless otherwise specified.
- Any applicable taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Use the tracking number to monitor your package and view real-time updates via the carrier’s website.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.
- Certain products (e.g., aerosols or hazardous materials) may have shipping restrictions due to regulations. These restrictions will be identified during checkout.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with shipping regulations in their location.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the package may be returned to us.
- In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
- Reminder: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to ensure accuracy. BestBuySoccer.com is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
Order Modifications and Cancellations

- While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please notify us within 5 business days of the delivery date so we can assist promptly.
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and help guide you through the process. Please provide any requested documentation to support the claim.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier—especially with photographic or GPS delivery confirmation—responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. This includes situations where a package is stolen after confirmed delivery.
While we are not liable for loss or theft after delivery, we are happy to assist as a courtesy by filing a claim with the carrier and providing any available documentation.
Chargeback Policy
- We maintain thorough records of shipping details, including tracking and delivery confirmations.
- In the event of a chargeback, we will provide these details—along with any relevant correspondence—to your financial institution as proof of delivery.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge that once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, it is deemed delivered. Any subsequent theft, loss, or dispute is the responsibility of the recipient.
- We reserve the right to pursue additional remedies in cases of fraudulent chargebacks.
