A chargeback is a formal dispute of a payment. While you have the right to request one, filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in unintended consequences, including:
Delays in resolution
Order restrictions or account suspension
Notification to your club, team, or organization (for team orders)
We maintain complete documentation of orders, shipping confirmations, support communications, and policy disclosures.
In cases of chargebacks filed outside our stated policies — including attempts to bypass return or warranty guidelines — we provide this information to the card issuer.
In most cases where misuse is evident, the claim is resolved in our favor.
Attempting a refund for a customized uniform that is clearly marked non-returnable
Disputing an order placed after the stated club deadline
Filing a chargeback on duplicate orders made by different family members
Claiming “item not received” despite confirmed tracking and delivery
Initiating a dispute without attempting to resolve the issue with us first
