At Best Buy Soccer, we’re committed to providing excellent service and resolving any issues fairly and promptly. If something isn’t right with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a dispute through your bank or credit card provider.


⚠️ What to Know About Chargebacks

A chargeback is a formal dispute of a payment. While you have the right to request one, filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in unintended consequences, including:

  • Delays in resolution

  • Order restrictions or account suspension

  • Notification to your club, team, or organization (for team orders)


📁 We Keep Detailed Records

We maintain complete documentation of orders, shipping confirmations, support communications, and policy disclosures.
In cases of chargebacks filed outside our stated policies — including attempts to bypass return or warranty guidelines — we provide this information to the card issuer.
In most cases where misuse is evident, the claim is resolved in our favor.


❗ Examples of Invalid or Misused Chargebacks

  • Attempting a refund for a customized uniform that is clearly marked non-returnable

  • Disputing an order placed after the stated club deadline

  • Filing a chargeback on duplicate orders made by different family members

  • Claiming “item not received” despite confirmed tracking and delivery

  • Initiating a dispute without attempting to resolve the issue with us first
