Processing/Customization Time

Your kit must be customized with logos and numbers which require additional processing time. Therefore, the shipping method chosen for delivery does not expedite the customization process. Production of uniforms will take 3-4 weeks following the purchase date.  Soccer Shop understands the urgency to get the uniforms delivered in a timely Fashion and will make every effort to complete all orders prior to the start of the season. 

Numbers

All jersey numbers provided to us must be approved by designated team manager before processing to avoid number duplications and order delays. We encourage you to verify if your number is available before placing your order. There are no returns or exchanges on customized items.



Delivery

For your convenience, we will provide two delivery methods. Please choose the one that better fits your needs:

•      We can ship it to your designated address for a flat rate of $9.99 using standard ground service. 
  

•      Uniforms can be held for pick up at our Best Buy Soccer Charlotte Store
